Kaweah Health in Visalia, CA is seeking a licensed ASW/AMFT to provide psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention across our hospital and clinic system. The ASW/AMFT will conduct assessments, counseling, and discharge planning, coordinating with physicians and social work staff to support patients and families.
