Warehouse Associate
Wood Personnel Services is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for multiple warehouse and distribution facilities in Nashville, TN and the surrounding area. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that keeps products moving, we'd like to hear from you. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to start a career in manufacturing or distribution, we have opportunities that may be a good fit.
Warehouse Associate Shift and Compensation:
- Up to $20 per hour
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts
Shift and pay may vary depending on the client assignment.
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Receiving and stocking inventory
- Preparing shipments for delivery
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Following all company safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Specific duties may vary depending on the client assignment.
Warehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not always required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
