Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)
Eagle, ID | Onsite | $24/hour
Are you a Concur pro who can keep a high volume of credit card transactions organized and accurate? CV Resources is hiring a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing organization in Eagle. Join a supportive finance team and help keep expense processing running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Process and reconcile a high volume of corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reports in Concur
- Review expenses for accuracy, proper coding, receipts, and policy compliance
- Follow up with employees on missing receipts, approvals, and expense questions
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support accounts payable processing and month-end close as needed
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur (required)
- Experience processing high-volume credit card and expense transactions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Clear, friendly communication with employees at all levels
- Comfort with Excel
