This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that combines Controllership, FP&A, operational finance, and team leadership. The Senior Finance Manager will partner closely with site leadership and corporate finance while maintaining a strong presence within the operation. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys getting beyond the numbers — spending time on the shop floor, partnering with operations, understanding the drivers behind financial results, and using that knowledge to improve performance.Main Responsibilities: Lead all accounting operations (GL, close, reporting, controls)Own budgeting & forecasting in partnership with operations and corporate FP&AAnalyze financial performance, cost drivers, and variancesPartner closely with plant leadership on cost control, purchasing, and business decisionsDrive process improvements and efficiencies across finance and operationsProvide financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-makingWhat They’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceStrong hands-on accounting background combined with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisExperience working within a manufacturing, plant, shop-floor, or similarly operational environmentPreferred ExperienceAerospace, defense, government contracting, or another complex manufacturing environmentExperience implementing process improvements, automation, or technology-driven efficienciesExposure to AI-enabled finance/accounting tools or process improvementsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to become the key finance leader for a complex operating site while joining a growing organization with additional opportunities for career advancement.The position offers significant interaction with senior leadership, broad ownership beyond traditional accounting, and the ability to make a tangible impact on the operation.
