Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Location: South Carolina

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM), with weekend coverage typically every fourth weekend.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in surgical procedures and be adept at circulating in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate effective patient outcomes.
• Manage and monitor patient conditions preoperatively and postoperatively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to facility standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 4+ years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Current SC RN license or compact license required prior to start.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
