Field Sales Representative - Smart Home Security

Job Description

We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join a high-performing residential door-to-door sales team. This is a W-2 position offering guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission , with structured training, daily support, and clear performance expectations.

If you are competitive, people-oriented, and comfortable working in the field, this role offers strong earning potential and a defined path for growth.

What You’ll Do

Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
Educate prospects on our products and services using a proven sales process
Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales where applicable
Accurately document activity and outcomes using provided tools
Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the field

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 employment (not 1099)
Base pay plus uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort with face-to-face, residential sales environments
Self-motivation, discipline, and resilience
Ability to work independently while following a structured process
Prior door-to-door or outside sales experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Environment

Full-time, field-based role
Daytime and early evening hours
Outdoor, residential territory coverage
