Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing rehabilitative programs under supervision to restore or improve function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion for patients with disease or injury.
- Support data collection, progress documentation, and contribute to treatment planning and goal setting.
- Collaborate with therapists to ensure continuity of care across the inpatient stay; maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
- Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and caregiver education; prepare treatment spaces and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies; maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility in Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited COTA program.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an inpatient acute care setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
