Fibreworks Group in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Tool Prep and Reconditioning Department Lead (TP&R) to organize and develop a high-performing team that produces top-quality tools. You will report to the Production Supervisor and drive improvements in tool prep, scheduling, and reliability. You will lead training, ensure safety, manage priorities with Planning and Production, and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
