What You’ll Do Lead the Night Crew: supervise, mentor, and support 3rd shift HVAC technicians. Assign and prioritize nightly work orders. Promote and enforce safety standards and best practices. Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback. What You’ll Bring Strong execution skills with the ability to follow through and deliver results. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. A technical, solution-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting ability. Proven ability to independently lead and support a team of 4–5 employees. A consistently professional attitude and appearance.
