Licensed Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
• Experience with direct access to referring physicians or collaboration with physician referrals.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic medical records preferred.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Role Details

• Position type: Outpatient occupational therapy in Fairborn, OH.
• Shift: Days. Schedule: MondayFriday with flexible scheduling options.
• Typical caseload: Approximately 1112 patients per 8-hour day.
• Support staff provided.
• Clinic tools: WebPT and Prediction Health AI available to support clinical documentation and decision-making.
