Regional Manager Job Overview Directs company program and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between company and Customer. Roles & Responsibilities Manages costs and revenues to meet company top and bottom line financial goals, expanding business, negotiating increases with customers, reducing operating costs, or changing schedules or processes. Coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both the Customer’s contractual expectations and exceed their service expectations, resulting in complete customer satisfaction. Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc. Manages and retains a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation, is trained for their role, and understands the impact of their contributions on company goals. Travel is required for this position. Qualifications An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job safely. Other duties may be added or changed at any time with or without notice. Education and/Or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four‑year college or university, with 5–8 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid driver’s license required. Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, performance evaluations, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving complaints and problems. Ensures employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements. Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequent sitting and communicating; must lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disability compliance. Compensation $115,000–$125,000; shift includes days, evenings, and weekends, variable. Heavy travel within Ohio and Kentucky.
