Details Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Coordinate treatment plans. Provide patient education and treatment tracking. Be a reliable source of comfort and support for cancer patients and their families. Attend to a great number of details while working under pressure. Implement best practice treatment protocols in a variety of settings. Qualifications 1-2 years recent acute care experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for long periods. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds routinely; may be required to lift patients up to 50 pounds. Exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases may occur. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
