• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficiency.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold quality standards.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to innovate our menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
