Outside Sales Representative – Fiber Internet

Rare Diamond Marketing is expanding across Grand Prairie and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We are seeking motivated, dependable sales representatives to help residents explore high-speed fiber internet services available in their neighborhoods.

This is an in-person, field-sales opportunity for independent contractors. You will work within assigned residential communities, speak directly with residents, explain available services, and help interested customers complete their orders.

What You'll Do

• Conduct face-to-face outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Speak with residents about available fiber internet services
• Explain plans, pricing, promotions, and installation options
• Help qualified customers complete service orders
• Track sales and follow up with customers when necessary
• Attend virtual training and team meetings
• Represent Rare Diamond Marketing professionally in the field

Earning Potential

Productive representatives may target approximately $1,000–$2,000 or more per week. Earnings are commission-based and depend on completed installations, provider availability, products sold, and individual performance. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with residents face-to-face
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with dependable data service
• Available during productive afternoon and weekend hours
• Previous outside sales experience is helpful but not required
