The Medical Lab Technician (MLT) performs routine laboratory testing across various laboratory sections and accurately reports test results. Responsibilities include conducting instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, performing quality control testing to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and maintaining necessary laboratory supplies and equipment. The MLT participates in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education while maintaining reliable attendance and adhering to laboratory safety and quality standards. The role involves frequent computer and data-entry tasks and instrument handling, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting, as well as regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.

Applicants should have:
- Associate's Medical Laboratory Science required
- MLT certification through ASCP or AMT required
