ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Sales Engineer at LVT, you'll join our growing sales engineering team at a pivotal moment—we're expanding this function to keep pace with a growing pipeline. You'll pair deep product expertise with sharp business instincts to help prospects and customers see exactly how our AI-driven site intelligence platform solves their hardest operational challenges. You'll own technical demonstrations, solution design, and the translation of complex capabilities into clear business value, acting as a trusted advisor from first conversation through close. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a P5-level professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and revenue.

LVT is a flexible-first company. This role can be based onsite at our American Fork, UT headquarters or performed remotely, with regular travel to client sites required for demonstrations and key account engagements.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the sales team to diagnose customer needs and deliver tailored technical demonstrations that showcase LVT's latest features and capabilities.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for prospective and existing clients, building trust and credibility throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions for technical and executive audiences alike.
• Design optimal solution architectures by assessing client requirements in partnership with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Address technical questions and objections in real time, keeping deals moving with confidence and clarity.
• Maintain expert-level command of LVT's product suite, roadmap, and competitive landscape, with particular focus on new releases.
• Capture and relay customer feedback on product functionality to product and engineering teams to shape future development.
• Travel to client sites to deliver in-person demonstrations and strengthen key account relationships.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Technical Fluency: Strong aptitude for quickly mastering complex software and hardware solutions, especially newly released features and functionality.
• Demonstration Expertise: A track record of delivering engaging, persuasive technical demos to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Sharp Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical detail into business impact.
• Consultative Problem-Solver: A structured approach to uncovering customer challenges and architecting solutions that solve them.
• Customer-Obsessed: Genuine passion for customer success and a bias toward service excellence.
• Travel-Ready: Willing and able to travel extensively to client locations as business needs require.
