*Role Description*

This is a full-time on-site role. Depending on experience, responsibilities may align more closely with a Junior or Mid-Level Associate. You will handle the assigned matters from inception to resolution and assist senior attorneys as needed. We provide mentorship.

*Qualifications*

* 1–3 years of family law experience in California
* Strong writing and courtroom skills
* Knowledge of family law and civil procedure
* Experience with discovery, motion hearings and independent case management
* Trial experience is a plus
* Detail-oriented, organized, and friendly
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California

*Responsibilities*

* Manage all aspects of assigned family law cases and deadlines
* Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
* Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement conferences
* Maintain effective and professional communication with clients
* Support partners with assigned projects as needed

*Compensation & Benefits*

* Salary range: $120,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience
