Environmental Service Technician

The Environmental Service Technician maintains environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures of Westfields Hospital & Clinic. The position performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain surgical suites, patient rooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas of the facility.

FTE:

0.8; 32 hours per week

Work Schedule:

Shifts Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm, will vary based on business needs; Required to work every fifth weekend from 6am-2:30pm.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior healthcare cleaning experience • Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST)• Basic infection control practices
