Center Director- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities (40%) Ensure individual staff productivity and financial targets, including client census and staff ratios. Oversee day‑to‑day operations with the office manager, maintain supplies and regulatory checklists, and inform leadership of challenges. Coordinate the recruitment of staff, including advertising, interviewing, and selection. Assist with revenue cycle management to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation. Assist with budgeting, projecting census, and stay within monthly budgets. Manage expenses to avoid exceeding budgets. Supervision and Training (40%) Lead the center team, creating a positive culture. Review referrals, monitor and assign caseloads, ensuring appropriate staffing ratios. Maintain caseloads; serve as lead BCBA, assigning caseloads to SBAs. Supervise clinicians to ensure quality service delivery and data‑driven treatment protocols. Provide timely services or supervision, measuring fidelity and rapport. Performance Management and Professional Development (20%) Ensure staff meet competency requirements and follow performance standards. Evaluate staff quarterly and provide mentorship. Coordinate regular clinical team meetings and attend divisional meetings. Develop and implement plans to address incidents and report to RD. Participate in company and operational meetings. Track KPI metrics: financial targets, client & staff satisfaction, clinical quality measures, documentation timeliness. Qualifications Educational Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline (BCBA license eligible). Minimum 2–3 years of BCBA experience managing a team and working with ASD clients. Minimum 1–2 years of staff management, supervision, and mentoring experience. Additional Qualifications Proven history of supervising, coaching, and developing teams. Experience reviewing budgets and monitoring operational and clinical data. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Knowledge of best practices for working with children with autism, including CASP guidelines, state regulations, and payer specifications.
