Avionics Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance per AMM and GMM standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, test, and replace avionics and wiring.
• Document work and ensure proper installation using approved data.
• Support and guide junior technicians.
• Work with flight crews on troubleshooting and preflight checks.
• Maintain test equipment and keep work areas organized.
• Participate in ongoing training.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of avionics experience (Part 145 required; Part 135 preferred).
• Strong business aviation background.
• Familiar with AMM and IPC manuals.
• Experience with Gulfstream, Cessna, Embraer, or Bombardier preferred.
• CMP/CAMP experience a plus.
• Own tools required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• FAA Repairman Certificate (or ability to obtain); A&P preferred.
• Able to work in high-stress environments, confined spaces, and at heights.
