Current projects include two high-volume manufacturing fabs in Boise, Idaho (ID1 and ID2), and a greenfield site in Clay, New York. This team plays a central role in building critical infrastructure that supports future innovation and growth.The AI Program Manager is responsible for driving construction-focused AI initiatives that improve project outcomes across safety, quality, cost, and schedule. This role connects business and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, guide implementation, and ensure solutions are successfully adopted. It is a highly collaborative position with visibility across construction, engineering, and technology functions, requiring both program leadership and practical understanding of construction operations.Responsibilities:Lead a portfolio of AI supported initiatives supporting construction from concept through implementation and adoptionPartner with construction, engineering, operations, and technical teams to define and prioritize AI use casesDevelop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and success metricsEstablish governance for scope, risk, organizational change, and executive reportingDrive adoption through pilots and training while promoting responsible AI practicesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field5+ years of experience in program management, project management, construction, operations, or technology delivery2+ years of experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiativesExperience leading cross-functional programs with business and technical stakeholdersStrong knowledge of program governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communicationPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fieldExperience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in construction, engineering, or industrial environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as BIM, project controls, scheduling, ERP, or EHS platformsExperience with use cases like predictive scheduling, cost forecasting, safety analytics, or document intelligencePMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification and success driving adoption and measurable business outcomesThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$107,000.00 - $193,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
