What You'll Do:

Help Customers Find What They Need

Assist walk-in, phone, and internal service customers (technicians and advisors) in selecting and purchasing the correct parts and accessories

Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product information

Recommend related parts, accessories, and current dealership promotions

Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and urgency

Keep the Shop Moving

Pull and fill customer and technician orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure parts are billed correctly on repair orders

Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims

Work closely with service advisors and technicians to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Help Manage Inventory

Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management

Participate in inventory counts and stock checks

Maintain accurate inventory records

Keep the parts counter, warehouse, and showroom clean, organized, and ready for business

What Success Looks Like

At the end of the day, this isn't really a "parts counter" job.

It's a customer service job, a sales job, and an operations job all rolled into one.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Automotive parts experience preferred

Dealership experience is a plus

Knowledge of automotive systems and components preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
