Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician, performing and reporting analyses from various specimens to deliver high-quality laboratory services. Responsibilities include: Handling specimens accurately, confirming identification, and managing accessioning processes. Performing instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, quality control, and replenishing supplies. Ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining productivity and efficiency. Recognizing discrepancies, resolving issues, and following reporting protocols. Assisting in training new staff and participating in ongoing educational activities. Adhering to organizational policies and clinical environment standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an associate degree with certification for MLT roles. Successful completion of an accredited Medical Technology or Laboratory Science program or equivalent experience. Military experience in relevant medical laboratory roles is welcomed. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
