Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr. on W2
Work Location: Onsite
Travel Required: No
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (preferably in Supply Chain)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Specific Responsibilities
• Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials
• Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections
• Provide metrics to field representatives on site performance
• Occasionally interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific materials
Skills/Abilities
• Ability to work independently and interpret information, including financial & technical information
• Effectively communicate key information to cross functional teams to include senior management
• Extensive knowledge of administrative tools such as Excel.
• Technically skilled with proven ability to troubleshoot problems, solve abstract issues, interpret and implement policies & procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities
- Ability to stay focused and skilled at time management
- Ability to plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project driven environment.
