Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling. Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases. Utilizes time effectively and accomplishes duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision. Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner. Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone.
