Job Summary Our client is seeking a Dental Front Office Assistant responsible for overseeing practice processes and supporting growth in activepatient numbers, production, and collections. The role requires implementing strategies to enhance practice growth, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Support practice processes to increase active patient numbers, production, and collections. Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. Oversee non-clinical controllable expenses and ensure budgets are met or exceeded. Analyze financial performance and address areas of improvement or opportunity. Build and maintain strong, motivated teams aligned with the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. Promote a culture focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience. Implement initiatives to continuously improve patient satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure operational processes are implemented effectively and consistently. Oversee finance, accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM) processes. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
