Production Role At Gluten Free Bakery
Hamilton Connections is looking to fill a production role at a gluten free bakery in North Branford, CT. The ideal candidate has production and machine operation experience couple with steady work history. Feel free to call us at View phone number on click.appcast.io for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to standardized recipes.
- Operating machinery such as dough sheeters, proofers, commercial mixers, and ovens.
- Examining products to ensure they meet the bakery's shape, color, and texture standards before they reach the consumer.
- Sweeping floors, wiping down work surfaces, and sanitizing machinery after use.
- Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to operate light manufacturing equipment with training.
- Maintain work areas and equipment.
- Ability to read and write English. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in a bakery or food handling is helpful.
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for 8 hrs. Standing, walking, lifting.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Details
- 2nd shift 12:30pm to 9pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays if needed.
- $17.75 starting
