Document care in electronic medical record systems. Manage caseloads that include geriatric populations and post‑acute rehabilitation. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred. Ability to document care in electronic medical record systems required; experience with common SNF EMRs preferred. Must be able to manage caseloads that include geriatric populations and post‑acute rehabilitation. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30‑16:30. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Meal Break: 30 minutes. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed. Contract Length: 13 weeks.
