Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including circulating and monitoring roles
• Respond to STEMI calls with a 30-minute response time to the hospital
• Operate and maintain familiarity with high-risk equipment including Impella, IABP, and Anari devices
• Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately 7–9 shifts per month, including one weekend rotation
• Float to an additional facility location within Tucson as needed
• Maintain a patient ratio of 3:1 in accordance with unit standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2–3 years of Cath Lab experience (candidates with slightly less experience will be considered)
• Experience with circulating and monitoring in a Cath Lab setting
• Familiarity with STEMI protocols and high-risk cardiac equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and/or Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Prior travel nursing experience
