Team Lead - Client Onboarding Specialist

Our client is looking for a Team Lead / Senior Associate to drive solutions to complex regulatory compliance challenges. This individual will leverage cutting‑edge technology to improve operational processes, mitigate risk, and enhance client outcomes. The role will play a critical part in guiding both internal teams and clients through evolving regulatory landscapes while ensuring high-quality delivery and execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all project milestones Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving escalations Drive project execution by developing and maintaining project plans, trackers, and reporting frameworks Guide and mentor junior team members, providing direction, support, and performance feedback Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability Evaluate project scope and recommend strategic enhancements to workflows and operating models Lead client meetings, presenting progress, insights, and solutions to stakeholders Interpret financial and legal entity documentation across multiple domains Develop deep expertise in proprietary products and client business lines to support complex engagements Partner with clients to design and implement new workflows and operational processes What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in a regulatory, compliance, or financial services environment with demonstrated ownership or leadership exposure Strong understanding of KYC, onboarding processes, and constitutional documentation Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead initiatives, and perform under pressure Excellent analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders Solid understanding of financial services and investment management operations High attention to detail with a focus on process quality and execution Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide leadership within a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Phyton Talent Advisors
