AI-Driven SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)We are looking for a highly skilled SDET with strong test automation expertise and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for automation. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Python-based automation, API testing, CI/CD integration, and AI/Agent development.Must Have Skills:Strong Selenium Automation experience with Python (mandatory)Java automation experience (secondary)API Automation TestingBDD Frameworks (Cucumber)CI/CD Integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)Experience building and maintaining automation frameworksHands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similarAbility to demonstrate practical use of AI for test automation, code generation, test design, defect analysis, or productivity improvementsAgent Development experience using AI/LLM frameworksStrong coding and debugging skills in PythonExperience working in Agile environmentsMandatory Skills:SDET Experience: 5-8 YearsThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
