A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

• Preparar el carrito de limpieza con ropa blanca, suministros y amenidades.
• Seguir procedimientos de seguridad antes de entrar a habitaciones.
• Limpiar habitaciones completamente dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
• Reemplazar ropa blanca y reabastecer amenidades.
• Reportar y manejar objetos perdidos correctamente.
• Asegurar las puertas después del servicio.
• Mantener limpios pasillos y áreas de servicio.
• Reportar problemas de mantenimiento o riesgos inmediatamente.
• Actualizar el estado de habitaciones para inspección.
• Cumplir con estándares CleanStay y seguridad.

Responsabilidades Adicionales

• Ayudar a otros miembros del equipo cuando sea necesario.
• Participar en capacitaciones y reuniones.
• Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

Requisitos Físicos

• Permanecer de pie y caminar por periodos prolongados.
• Levantar hasta 30 libras.
• Empujar carritos de hasta 100 libras.
• Realizar movimientos repetitivos.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficiently.
• Perform guest turn-down service as needed.
