Our employment philosophy is our employees are our greatest asset and our vision is excellence through teamwork.Primary ResponsibilitiesMonitor, verify, and assist manufacturing in producing quality products to the print specification that complies with the Quality Management System Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct Incoming, 1st Piece and Final inspections as required to meet the conditions of designated Quality PlansConduct Audits to assure compliance to Company Policy, Procedures and Quality Management SystemsMaintain Quality Equipment Calibration programParticipate in problem solving activities including Investigation, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actionPerforms PPAP's per individual customer requirementsCoordinate Non-conforming Hold ProcedureMaintains all quality records regarding inspections, nonconforming material procedures and calibrationProvide Quality Training when requiredMaintains ISO 9001: compliance in all activitiesPerforms other miscellaneous duties inherent to the jobMaintains company Vision, Mission and Values to achieve ownership opportunities for all employees to the extent they choose to pursue itMinimum Qualifications:A two (2) year technical degree or equivalentDesired Qualifications:Three (3) years manufacturing/quality experienceProficient with Microsoft products; Excel, Word, OutlookAbility to use inspection equipment including CMM, gages and traditional measuring equipmentAbility to understand or learn GD&T and Blueprints including fabricated assembliesGeneral math skills are requiredStrong understanding of ISO 9001 principlesGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsBenefits:HCC, Inc offers a world-class benefits package that includes a competitive salary.
