The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift for pickers and packers in the Florence, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/shift/benefits of pickers and packers:

• $16.50/hr.
• 1st 6a-2:30pm M-F +OT Sat
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the work and win program – rent/mortgage paid for a year.

Responsibilities of pickers and packers:

• Packing textbooks
• Picking orders with a voice headset
• Inspecting returned textbooks and putting back on shelf
• Must be flexible to learn all departments in the facility.
• Perform the duties that will help move the product.

Requirements of pickers and packers:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Meet hiring criteria.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation
