Job Description Project Managers at Purple Land Management are responsible for successfully managing PLM’s client accounts. The primary goal of the Project Manager is to provide a high level of service to his or her clients and ensure that Purple Land Management obtains more Work Orders. The Project Manager must develop and coordinate strategies to successfully meet client deadlines, process a high volume of work orders, and communicate significant issues (identified by District Landmen) to the client. The Project Manager must have a thorough knowledge of oil and gas title issues, lease-negotiation strategies, real property statutes, and state specific regulatory guidelines. The Project Manager must be able to serve as a reference for the District Landmen and be able to successfully manage anyone in that position. The Project Manager may also be involved with business development and be asked to market the Company’s services and abilities to new prospective clients. The Project Manager reports directly to his or her Land Manager. Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of oil & gas experience as a land professional Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Land Management, Energy Commerce strongly preferred Will consider law degree (J.D), or degree in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or related field or field experience in land as alternative AAPL Membership Required, RL & RPL Certification Preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
