Benefits:Flexible schedulesOpportunities for advancementFun and rewarding environmentShift Differential for NOC and Weekend ShiftsExceptional management who truly care about their residents and staffOur "WOW" culturePaid Time OffWe all love what we doHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance available for all full time employeesWe have the best residentsResponsibilities:Our Caregivers are responsible for caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.Requirements:Basic computer skillsSelf-Starter and able to work independentlyAbility to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectivelyHigh tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool headGood communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")Possess a love for the elderlyHave a positive and compassionate attitudeA background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.
