Responsibilities include working with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the agency.

Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, providing timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, and the position may require irregular working hours.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
