Always Best Care of Wallingford is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals in Wallingford, Connecticut. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing non-medical in-home care and support.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' conditions to our caregivers
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client care and support in a home-like setting
• Collaborate with our team of caregivers to ensure seamless client care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
