Service Sales RepresentativeA Fortune 1000 company in the commercial HVAC industry is looking for a Service Sales Representative with experience and knowledge to partner with high level leadership in an established territory in the Boston metro area.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Target owner direct selling preventative maintenance contracts and service projectsStrong desire to hunt for new customers and be out in front of customers regularlyDevelop a pipeline of future sales opportunitiesStrong technical acumen as it relates to HVAC mechanical serviceDirect Sales PlanningCoordinate cost estimates on project consultations / work with assigned support staffLocal Travel 50%Education Qualifications:High School Diploma requiredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical degree in appropriate fieldDemonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suiteExperience Qualifications:5+ years of professional sales service experienceCompetitor experience in commercial HVAC industryStrong communication skillsPrior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contractsDemonstrated sales successExceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solvingBenefits Offered:Competitive target base salaryHealthcare Benefits / Retirement Plan
