Columbus, OH | $140K–$170K + Bonus | 100% Employee-Owned This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who understands ground-up multifamily construction, knows how to lead project and field teams, and is ready to take ownership of project performance, profitability, and people. Direct electrical contracting experience is highly preferred, but we're also interested in strong multifamily construction leaders with significant exposure to electrical scopes and operations. The Opportunity You’ll oversee multiple ground-up multifamily projects while leading Project Managers, field leadership, and project teams. You’ll have ownership of the bigger picture — project performance, financial results, team development, client relationships, and operational consistency. This could be a great next step for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Construction Manager, or Operations Manager ready for broader leadership responsibility. What You’ll Own Oversee multiple ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams Monitor project budgets, labor, materials, change orders, margins, forecasting, and overall profitability Review plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, contracts, and constructability issues Identify project risks early and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget Coordinate with General Contractors, builders, developers, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and other trades Support preconstruction planning, estimating, change orders, billing, job-cost reviews, and project closeout Ensure projects meet applicable electrical codes, quality standards, and safety requirements Build accountability across project and field teams while mentoring and developing employeesMaintain strong client relationships and support continued growth within the market What We’re Looking For We’re most interested in someone with a strong ground-up multifamily construction background who understands how to successfully lead people, projects, and financial performance.
