• Four clinic days per week with one administrative day for work-life balance
• No hospital responsibilities; 32 patient contact hours per week
• Average 18 - 20 outpatient visits per day in a collaborative environment
• Shared clinic space with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology services
• Hospital-employed position with a well-established, independent health system
• Strong support from experienced colleagues and dedicated nursing staff
• Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physicians encouraged to apply
• Located in southern Wisconsin with proximity to major metropolitan areas
