Senior Submarine Program Manager

Sonalysts, Inc., an employee-owned, high-technology service company, is currently seeking a former active-duty submarine officer with Command at Sea experience. This position is responsible for managing various submarine related projects and growing Sonalysts’ submarine related business.Who are we:Sonalysts, Inc. is a small, 100% employee owned (ESOP) business, which supports a very diverse set of customers. Salary ranges between $155,000-$180,000, dependent on experience, qualifications and other relevant business criteria. Required Qualifications:Previously served as an active duty Submarine Commanding Officer Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI level security clearance*Preferred candidates will possess the following: Submarine Major Command experienceExperience in a training command or responsibility for tactical trainingDeployed operational experience as SSN/SSGN Commanding OfficerSubmarine acquisition, budgeting or resource sponsor staff experienceRelevant submarine related industry experienceStrong credentials in submarine sonar, fire control, imaging and/or electronic warfarePossessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI level security clearance**Obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check. Candidates are eligible for a clearance if they have demonstrated sound financial management (including good credit) over time, are free of criminal records, have limited foreign contacts or ties, and other factors indicative of a position of trust to protect information sensitive to the U.S. Government.
