This small animal opportunity on the Seattle Eastside could be a great fit for a veterinarian who wants variety without feeling like another number on the schedule. The practice offers a mix of wellness, sick visits, and urgent care, with opportunities to build confidence in surgery and dentistry.
New graduates are welcome, with mentorship available, and experienced veterinarians can bring their existing strengths while continuing to develop professionally.

You'll provide comprehensive small animal care, including physical examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, preventive care, surgery, and dentistry. Client education is an important part of the role, and you'll work alongside the veterinary team to develop appropriate plans for each patient.

Position: Associate Veterinarian
Location: Seattle Eastside, Washington
Experience : New graduates and experienced veterinarians welcome
Compensation: 120,000–140,000 + production, depending on experience
Additional: No negative accrual; sign-on and retention bonus opportunities; relocation assistance and potential equity/ownership opportunities
