Job Title Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily – The Aurora Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality move‑ins, resident satisfaction, timely service, and personalized care. Essential Job Duties Prepare all market‑ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping) to ensure a quality product for residents. Complete resident service requests in a timely manner. Possess knowledge of plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, general carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life‑safety issues. Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks, keeping them clean and free of trash, debris, and other safety hazards. Perform on‑call emergency procedures as required. Report maintenance issues that affect the budget (life safety, vacant repairs, property damages, common area needs) to the manager. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and record such activities. Apply state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems regarding maintenance. Attend and participate in training programs required by Cushman & Wakefield and local city and state jurisdictions. Provide superior customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. Competencies Work any shift, Sunday–Saturday, to support business needs. Use cleaning agents and equipment safely. Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, percent). Prepare and interpret bar graphs. Hold a valid driver’s license. Possess EPA 608 TypeII certification or required city/state CPO credentials. Follow Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures. Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent trade, technical, or vocational training. Experience Minimum 3years of related maintenance experience. EPA 608 TypeII, or local city/state required certificate. Work Environment This role operates in a professional office setting, using standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines). It requires frequent travel between properties under varying weather conditions. Physical Demands The job requires traveling among properties, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 100pounds. Employees must remain stationary (sit or stand) for 85% of the time and may travel up to 10% of the time. Other Duties Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Compensation $28.05 – $33.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on location, experience and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Minimum wage will not be paid.
