To support a growing team, the full-time Iowa Licensed Commercial Underwriter will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, underwrite new business submissions, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Underwrite new business submissions, renewals, and endorsements while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines Oversee the growth and profitability of an underwriting territory, providing performance reports and action plans to leadership Collaborate with sales, claims, and agency partners to foster relationships and support agency action plans Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field Completion of a certificate in General Insurance and Associate in Underwriting program Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to mentor and support team development Virtual Vocations Inc
