This role supports the Inventory Specialist by ensuring accurate product handling and inventory movement, while also identifying opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency. This position offers a growth path./ph3Warehouse Operations/h3ulliUnload, receive, count, and properly store incoming freight/liliPick, pack, and ship sales orders accurately and efficiently/liliAssist customers at the front counter as needed/liliPerform kitting tasks such as blending medications and assembling kits/liliEnsure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and regulated products/li/ulh3Inventory Support (not ownership)/h3ulliSupport cycle counts and physical inventory activities as directed/liliEnsure proper stock rotation based on expiration dates and usage/liliCommunicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Specialist/liliMaintain organization and accuracy of product locations/li/ulh3Shipping Logistics/h3ulliAssist with loading freight and coordinating outgoing shipments/liliEnter daily shipping data and maintain shipping systems (UPS Spee-Dee)/li/ulh3Process Execution Improvement/h3ulliMaintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workflows/liliIdentify and communicate opportunities for process improvements/liliTake ownership of assigned warehouse areas to ensure consistency, accuracy and cleanliness/li/ulh3Compliance Standards/h3ulliEnsure visitors adhere to biosecurity guidelines/liliMaintain housekeeping and safety standards throughout the warehouse/li/ulh3Leadership Development (Growth Path)/h3ulliAssist in training new team members on warehouse processes/liliHelp coordinate daily priorities and workflow as needed/liliDemonstrate initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills/li/ulh2Physical Requirements/h2ulliAbility to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly/liliCapability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods/liliAbility to bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations/li/ulh2Education Requirements/h2ulliGED or High School Diploma required/liliAssociate degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred/liliPrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required/li/ulh2Technical Skills/h2ulliBasic understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)/liliAbility to learn and operate warehouse management systems and inventory software/liliExperience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee) preferred/liliStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracy/li/ulpThis job description is subject to change based on business needs./p/div
