Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Avista Nursing and Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our patients by preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages in a safe and sanitary environment. This is a part-time position, ideal for individuals who are looking for a rewarding and flexible work opportunity. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to patients and staff Maintain a clean and organized dietary area, including refrigerators, freezers, and food storage areas Assist in the planning and preparation of special diets and meals Ensure all food and beverages are stored, handled, and served in accordance with regulatory guidelines Monitor and maintain accurate records of food service operations Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in dietary or food service preferred Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Avista-Nursing-and-Rehab
