AWS Full Stack Developer

The job is for an AWS Full Stack Developer based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in AWS native app development,.NET, and Angular. The role involves the development of cloud-native web applications using technologies such as C#, Angular, JS, jQuery, and MS SQL Server. The candidate will guide a high-speed, multi-functional development team focusing on critical order entry platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing and participating in the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications, working with Product Owners and Product Managers to turn business problems into technical solutions, and assisting in technical risk and issue assessments. The candidate needs to coordinate with leaders from various departments to optimize speed to market and achieve business outcomes. Once the production build starts, the candidate will coach the team in developing appropriate technical documentation. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. The candidate must have 4+ years of development technical leadership, 3+ years of AWS experience, and 8+ years of experience in a combination of.NET, Angular, and JavaScript, SQL Server. Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts, data modeling design patterns/frameworks, and experience with Git or Visual Studio are necessary. The candidate must have excellent communication and coaching skills and be able to facilitate, influence, and manage change to deliver solutions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in migrating applications from on-premise to AWS environments.
