Job Overview Position: Travel RN ED - Emergency Department Location: San Antonio, Texas Start date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts Employment type: Travel Requirements Active RN license Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS/ACLS/PALS & TNCC certifications may be required At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care emergency room setting Additional requirements as determined by client facility Duties & Responsibilities Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with trauma and illnesses requiring urgent care. Apply comprehensive knowledge of general and specific health issues to treat life‑threatening conditions. Utilize triage skills to prioritize injuries based on medical need. Perform quick, accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
