Transformation - Oracle Solution Architect

As an Oracle Solution Architect, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Oracle Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently. Your day-to-day may include:Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phasesResponsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goalsConfigure applications and conduct iterative unit testingHelp to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deploymentProvide post-production supportParticipate in full life cycle implementationsAssist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresMeet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)Other duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master’s degree is a plusMinimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national levelMinimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle ERP or similar applicationsIndustry recognized professional certification requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reportsExperience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applicationsExperience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ApplicationsExposure or training on Oracle Cloud ApplicationsKnowledge of Oracle Cloud ApplicationsProven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projectsStrong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documentsAble to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectivesCan travel as needed.
